Accounting Generalist

The Accounting Generalist supports the finance function at Four Seasons Abu Dhabi by maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with routine accounting activities. The position requires attention to detail, sound numerical skills and the ability to work with hotel finance processes and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting activities.
• Prepare reconciliations and review transactions for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with invoices, payments, journal entries and routine month-end activities.
• Respond to finance queries and coordinate with operational departments when information is required.
• Use spreadsheets and accounting systems accurately while maintaining confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

• Relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably within hospitality.
• Good numerical, analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
