Key Responsibilities

• Oversee real-estate and premises requirements for new offices, existing locations and property-related projects.
• Manage leases, property ownership records, rental matters, vendor arrangements and related financial obligations.
• Coordinate budgets, expenditure tracking, management information and timely vendor payments.
• Liaise with relevant regulators, property stakeholders, suppliers and internal business units on premises matters.
• Lead the assigned team and maintain oversight of local and overseas property activities, procedures and service standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Available details indicate a graduate qualification or equivalent and around ten years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of procurement, property valuation, expense control and applicable local regulations is relevant.
• Strong reporting and spreadsheet skills, including Excel, are useful for budget and management-information responsibilities.
