Senior Product Designer

The senior product designer shapes intuitive, accessible digital experiences by understanding user needs and translating them into flows, interfaces and prototypes. The role partners with product managers, engineers, researchers and business stakeholders to balance user value, product strategy and technical feasibility across a mobile-first environment. This position is part of product design and user experience and contributes to reliable, professional day-to-day delivery. The successful candidate will follow established procedures, maintain accurate information and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve agreed standards.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include the following:

• Lead discovery and design work from problem framing and user flows through interaction design and polished UI.
• Create prototypes, wireframes, design specifications and reusable components within established design systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to clarify requirements, review implementation and resolve design details.
• Use research, usability testing, product data and feedback to validate design choices and improve experiences.
• Contribute to critique, design standards and continuous improvement of the product experience.

A practical understanding of the function, sound prioritisation and timely escalation will help protect quality, safety, cost and customer commitments.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Five or more years of product or digital design experience is a useful benchmark for a senior role.
• A strong portfolio should demonstrate end-to-end interaction and visual design for digital products.
• Experience with prototyping, design systems, user research and usability testing is important.
• Arabic or right-to-left interface experience is an advantage where relevant to the product.

Candidates should show relevant experience, learn local procedures quickly and meet any required statutory or professional standards.

Skills and Competencies
