Position Overview

The person appointed will build accurate digital models and produce realistic rendered views that communicate design intent, materials, lighting, and spatial details. Day-to-day duties include managing several project requirements while maintaining visual quality and delivering files within agreed timelines. This full-time role is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Pay information: AED 7,000–12,000 per month (estimated). Main Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D architectural models from drawings, plans, references, and design instructions.
• Create polished, realistic rendered images that communicate layouts, materials, textures, lighting, and finishes.
• Apply SketchUp, D5 Render, and relevant AI visualisation tools to develop and improve presentation output.
• Examine drawings and construction details to keep models aligned with the intended design.
• Collaborate with with designers and project colleagues to incorporate feedback and revise visualisations.
• Arrange project files, manage concurrent assignments, and deliver work according to agreed deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Established experience in architectural 3D modelling and rendering is a requirement.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, D5 Render, and AI visualisation tools is anticipated.
• A relevant architecture, interior design, architectural engineering, or related qualification is estimated for the role.
• A portfolio showing architectural visualisation work is a requirement.
