Speciality Head Chef (Steakhouse)

Park Hyatt is seeking a Speciality Head Chef (Steakhouse) for its culinary / steakhouse / hospitality operation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time position suits a professional who can deliver reliable results, communicate effectively and maintain high standards in a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires ownership of daily priorities, teamwork and a consistent focus on guest experience, quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all steakhouse kitchen operations and maintain exceptional food quality, consistency and service efficiency.
• Develop commercially viable menus, standardized recipes, plating guidelines and presentation standards aligned with the restaurant concept.
• Apply advanced knowledge of premium meat selection, grading, sourcing, ageing, butchery, preparation, grilling and resting techniques.
• Control product quality, portioning, temperature, presentation and consistency across every service.
• Oversee relevant breakfast or à la carte offerings where applicable while maintaining variety and efficient production.
• Lead, coach and develop the culinary brigade through training, performance management and succession planning.

Requirements

• Extensive steakhouse culinary leadership experience
• Relevant hospitality / culinary qualification preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Professional conduct and ability to work flexible shifts or peak periods when required.
