Chef de Cuisine – Italian Cuisine

Park Hyatt is seeking a Chef de Cuisine – Italian Cuisine for its culinary / italian cuisine / hospitality operation in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This full-time position suits a professional who can deliver reliable results, communicate effectively and maintain high standards in a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires ownership of daily priorities, teamwork and a consistent focus on guest experience, quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned Italian kitchen and ensure efficient operation in line with the restaurant concept and quality standards.
• Supervise, demonstrate and correct culinary tasks to maintain consistency in preparation, presentation and service.
• Allocate responsibilities across the kitchen team and monitor performance, productivity and adherence to operating procedures.
• Maintain hands-on leadership during service and adjust staffing and workflow to changing business levels.
• Develop and maintain standard recipes to support consistent quality, portion control and targeted food costs.
• Control par stocks for ingredients, equipment and operating supplies while ensuring the kitchen is properly equipped.

Requirements

• Previous Chef de Cuisine – Italian experience in a well-standardized hotel operation
• Relevant hospitality / culinary qualification preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Professional conduct and ability to work flexible shifts or peak periods when required.
