Job Overview

Al Majid Group is recruiting for the Fitout Site Engineer position in the United Arab Emirates. This opportunity supports the group’s fit-out, joinery, construction or technical operations and is suited to a professional with relevant industry experience. The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate effectively with internal teams, project stakeholders, suppliers and site personnel while maintaining quality, safety, programme and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate fit-out works at project sites.
• Review drawings and ensure construction follows approved details.
• Coordinate subcontractors and installation teams.
• Monitor daily progress, workmanship and material usage.
• Conduct inspections and support snagging and rectification.
• Coordinate with consultants and project managers on technical issues.
• Maintain daily site records and progress updates.
• Enforce safety, housekeeping and quality requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering.
• Relevant fit-out/interior construction experience.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities.
• Strong technical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be organized, technically capable and comfortable working in a project-driven environment. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules and quality standards. UAE or GCC construction experience may be advantageous depending on the role.
