Branch Manager (Emirati Talent)

DIB is seeking a Branch Manager in Dubai to lead branch performance, customer service, sales growth and operational control. The role is designed for an Emirati banking professional with strong retail banking leadership experience who can manage a branch portfolio while maintaining high service standards, sound controls and a strong customer-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the branch and translate business targets into clear objectives for the branch team.
• Drive growth across retail liabilities, assets, cards and third-party products while monitoring profitability and costs.
• Develop action plans, review performance and take corrective measures to achieve assigned sales and business objectives.
• Build relationships with customers, including high-value clients, to identify opportunities and strengthen the branch portfolio.
• Maintain high service standards across cash management, remittances, drafts, account opening, enquiries, sales and after-sales support.
• Ensure branch activities comply with policies, operating manuals, service standards and the bank's code of conduct.
• Monitor cash controls, daily records, MIS reports, security items and operational risk to maintain accurate and secure branch operations.
• Review customer complaints and service feedback and introduce initiatives that improve customer satisfaction.
• Lead branch projects, support new product launches and coordinate with internal stakeholders on operational matters.
• Develop employees through training, performance discussions, resource planning and regular team communication.

Requirements

• Emirati national eligible for the role.
• High Diploma or Bachelor's degree; a master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar banking or branch-management role.
• Strong leadership, sales, customer-service and operational-control capabilities.
