Unit Head – Program & Project Management Delivery

This leadership role oversees technology program and project delivery across a complex portfolio. The successful candidate will establish strong delivery discipline, manage dependencies and risks, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, and ensure initiatives achieve approved scope, schedule, budget and quality outcomes. The successful candidate will contribute to dependable banking operations, protect service quality and help the business achieve its objectives while maintaining appropriate controls. This is a full-time opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of technology programs and projects across the portfolio.
• Maintain integrated schedules, resource plans, financial forecasts, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Manage delivery governance, stage gates, quality, testing, release and implementation readiness.
• Oversee vendors, commercial performance and project financials.
• Develop delivery talent through coaching, succession planning, capacity management and professional development.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in enterprise program and project delivery across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid models.
• Experience with PMO governance, financial control, risk, issue and dependency management.
• Ability to lead large portfolios and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong vendor, workforce and capacity-management capability.
• Relevant project/program management background and professional development experience.
