This senior HR role leads HR operations across the group, covering employee services, regulatory matters, insurance, employee relations, process improvement and HR governance. The position provides strategic direction while ensuring consistent, efficient and compliant HR service delivery. The successful candidate will contribute to dependable banking operations, protect service quality and help the business achieve its objectives while maintaining appropriate controls. This is a full-time opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations and employee services across group geographies.
- Advise senior business leaders on employee relations and HR operational matters.
- Oversee pensions, insurance and regulatory HR requirements.
- Drive HR process automation, policy redesign and continuous improvement.
- Manage service quality, budgets, controls, grievances and selected investigations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of Employee Relations experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and people-management capability.
- Experience with HR operations, employee relations, policies and regulatory matters.
- Ability to automate processes, manage budgets and improve service quality.
- UAE National eligibility is required.
