Director – HRBP

We are seeking a capable and motivated professional for the Director - HRBP position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

Manage the assigned HR or talent process from planning through execution, ensuring a consistent and professional employee or candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide practical people solutions. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation while following company policies and applicable employment regulations. Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, employee relations, workforce planning, payroll, or HR business partnering activities according to the position. Use HR systems and data to monitor progress and identify improvement areas. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate clearly, confidentially, and promptly.

Requirements

• Relevant HR, recruitment, payroll, or business partnering experience is required according to the level of the role. Arabic is required where specified in the title.
• Talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, stakeholder management, reporting, communication are important for success in this role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a professional approach.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
