This entry-level risk role supports implementation of the operational risk management framework, initially focusing on incidents and related risk activities. It is suited to a proactive graduate who can analyze information carefully, learn quickly and work with stakeholders across the organization. The successful candidate will contribute to dependable banking operations, protect service quality and help the business achieve its objectives while maintaining appropriate controls. This is a full-time opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Support operational-risk incident and loss management activities.
- Assist with risk assessments, controls, reporting and implementation of ORM tools.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather information and follow up on risk actions.
- Support policy and procedure implementation across the group.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to risk analysis, research and reporting.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
- Open to UAE National fresh graduates; no specific work experience required.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, research and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent English communication and Microsoft Office skills.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to collaborate across functions.
