Retail Projects Execution Manager – Home Box

The Retail Projects Execution Manager delivers store fit-out projects for Home Box, from design coordination and construction planning to opening and final handover. The role covers retail spaces typically ranging from 10,000 to 30,000 square feet and requires close coordination with malls, consultants, contractors and local authorities. It owns time, cost, quality, compliance and project communication across several concurrent sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end store fit-out execution, coordinating design, site readiness, construction, testing, commissioning, opening and handover.
• Review architecture, joinery and MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications and shop drawings, resolving design or site issues before they affect delivery.
• Develop detailed programmes, look-ahead schedules, resource plans and milestones, monitor procurement, and create recovery plans when risks emerge.
• Control project costs, CAPEX, variations and material orders; work with project teams and quantity surveyors to maintain approved budgets.
• Coordinate compliance with UAE authority requirements and mall procedures; oversee QA/QC, HSE, snagging, documentation and close-out checklists.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil or mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Bring seven or more years of experience, including five or more years delivering retail or commercial fit-outs in the UAE.
• Have experience taking stores from design coordination through handover with major UAE mall developers or standalone sites.
• Understand MEP, HVAC, fire and life-safety work, authority approvals and construction quality practices.
• Be proficient in AutoCAD and project-planning tools, with strong cost control, follow-up, reporting and multi-project management skills.
