Projects Lead

NOV is seeking a Projects Lead for its Abu Dhabi aftermarket operations. The role coordinates repair, rental, spare-parts and wireline-related workshop activities, with responsibility for safe execution, turnaround time, resource allocation and customer communication. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee workshop and wireline activities from planning through execution, inspection and completion, tracking schedule and resource requirements.
• Coordinate technicians, workshop priorities, customer updates, field-service trips and third-party service providers.
• Publish daily allocation plans, manage team timekeeping and arrange overtime when operational demand requires it.
• Schedule load tests, pressure tests, paint-shop activities and other service tasks, working with QA/QC to avoid delays.
• Ensure service records, reports, risk assessments and quality documentation are accurate and complete.
• Monitor consumables, subcontracting needs, workshop tools and preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Conduct or coordinate toolbox talks, reinforce safe work practices and ensure compliance with HSE and quality procedures.
• Resolve workflow problems, identify process improvements and provide guidance to team members.
• Travel to customer or field locations when needed to support critical operations.
