Design Architect (PODS Factory)

Develop architectural design information for pod-based or factory-produced building components. The role works between concept design and manufacturing requirements, helping ensure that design intent, functional needs, construction interfaces and factory production details are coordinated and clearly documented.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural layouts and details for pod or factory-based components.
• Coordinate dimensions, finishes, openings and interfaces with structural and MEP requirements.
• Translate approved design intent into drawings and information suitable for production and assembly.
• Review technical comments and incorporate revisions from design and manufacturing teams.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and site teams to resolve dimensional or interface issues.
• Maintain drawing records and support design reviews and production milestones.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant education or experience in architecture and building design.
• Ability to work with detailed drawings and coordinate multiple technical disciplines.
• Understanding of design-to-manufacturing or modular construction processes is useful.
• Strong attention to dimensions, finishes and documentation quality.
