Data Coordinator – Production

Emirates Flight Catering is hiring a Data Coordinator - Production in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role supports the organisation's high-volume aviation catering, hospitality, technology, engineering, finance, HR or operational environment, depending on the function. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver dependable results, follow established standards and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. The position combines day-to-day execution with attention to quality, safety, service, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain digital production documents, forms and lists with appropriate access, traceability and version control.
• Collect, validate, organise and consolidate production data and supporting operational documentation.
• Update reports, registers and templates and ensure information remains accurate and accessible.
• Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate corrections with production and support teams.
• Apply document lifecycle and records-management practices to support operational continuity and audit readiness.
• Provide administrative and reporting support that improves production visibility and information quality.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline preferred
• Experience: Relevant data/production coordination experience
• Core skills: SharePoint, data management, document control, production reporting, Excel, records management
• Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and teamwork skills are expected, together with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable following company policies, quality procedures, safety requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
