Description
Manage aviation partner accounts by combining commercial ownership, client engagement, operational coordination and workforce planning to deliver reliable service and sustained account growth. This full-time opportunity is based in the UAE and is suited to a professional who can combine strong functional knowledge with dependable execution, communication and customer focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, retain and expand revenue across assigned aviation contracts and identify new business opportunities.
- Act as the primary link between clients and the dedicated operations team, ensuring accurate information and consistent communication.
- Monitor contract commercials, service performance, billing, collections, SLAs and KPIs and escalate variations appropriately.
- Prepare periodic performance reports using operational data to support financial and service reviews.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits, address service issues and plan for changing demand, peaks and troughs.
- Coordinate recruitment, payroll, finance, transport, accommodation, demand planning and HR stakeholders to support service delivery.
- Manage site-based operations staff through meetings, coaching, performance monitoring, training and issue resolution.
- Plan staff mobilization, encourage continuous improvement and introduce practical changes that strengthen efficiency, engagement and service quality.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in a similar aviation/staffing industry; bachelor degree in finance or related field; financial acumen preferred; IATA or IOSH advantageous.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities with the confidence to work with colleagues, clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to prepare accurate reports, records and operational updates.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high standards in a fast-paced service environment.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-moving aviation environment where client expectations, workforce requirements and operational priorities can change quickly and require coordinated action.
