Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with front office, sales and revenue teams on availability, group details and guest requirements.
- Monitor recurring booking issues and share practical suggestions for better accuracy and response times.
- Help maintain reservation records, shift handovers and other required reports.
- Support team guidance and ensure guest information is handled confidentially.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in hotel reservations or front-office operations is relevant.
- Good organisation, communication and attention to booking details are important.
- Candidates should be comfortable supporting colleagues and coordinating across departments.
- Knowledge of hotel booking systems and professional guest communication is useful.
