Key Responsibilities

• Use tools and technical documentation carefully, following safety procedures and equipment instructions.
• Record completed work, defects and parts used in the relevant maintenance system.
• Coordinate with kitchen leaders and engineering colleagues when specialist repair or replacement is needed.
• Keep tools organised, report hazards and ensure work areas are left safe after repairs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Technical maintenance experience with kitchen or comparable commercial equipment is relevant.
