Key Responsibilities

• Respond to repair requests and restore equipment safely, escalating complex faults when necessary.
• Check system performance and report unusual noise, leaks, temperature problems or other signs of failure.
• Use tools and technical information correctly and keep records of service work completed.
• Maintain work areas and equipment in a safe, orderly condition.
• Coordinate with engineering colleagues and hotel departments to reduce disruption during maintenance.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Practical HVAC or air-conditioning maintenance experience is relevant.
