Job Overview
The Vendor Onboarding and Performance Analyst supports the controlled appointment and ongoing review of suppliers. It helps ensure vendor records, due diligence, performance information and governance documentation are complete, accurate and available for informed procurement and service decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and track completion of required vendor checks and approvals.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, status information, review dates and supporting evidence.
- Monitor service-provider performance against agreed measures and highlight recurring issues.
- Prepare reports on onboarding progress, performance trends, exceptions and outstanding actions.
- Coordinate with procurement, business owners, risk, compliance and other relevant teams.
