Job Overview
The Branch Sales Officer supports branch-level customer acquisition and product sales while helping customers choose appropriate banking services. The role combines direct customer engagement with accurate documentation, follow-up and adherence to service and sales controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage walk-in and referred customers to understand needs and discuss suitable banking products.
