Job Overview
The Business Banking Liabilities Relationship Manager develops deposit and account relationships with an assigned customer segment. The role focuses on attracting and retaining operating balances, understanding client cash needs and providing suitable account and transaction services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with eligible business customers in the assigned segment.
- Identify deposit, operating-account and transaction-banking opportunities based on customer needs.
- Develop account plans to improve acquisition, retention and share of wallet.
- Coordinate pricing, onboarding, servicing and issue resolution with internal teams.
- Monitor balances, revenue, pipeline, customer activity and other agreed portfolio measures.
- Ensure recommendations, documentation and customer communication comply with internal policy.
