This position leads a cluster of Virtual Relationship Managers serving Priority Banking customers. The role is accountable for team performance, portfolio management, acquisition, service quality, sales referrals, coaching and compliance while supporting broader regional objectives. The successful candidate will contribute to dependable banking operations, protect service quality and help the business achieve its objectives while maintaining appropriate controls. This is a full-time opportunity based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach VRMs and allocate customer portfolios effectively.
- Set and monitor KPIs covering service, portfolio management, acquisition and referrals.
- Drive priority customer acquisition, upgrades and qualified product opportunities.
- Review customer escalations, service ageing and retention issues.
- Ensure compliance activities, operational controls, reports and CRM updates are completed on time.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of banking experience in the UAE.
- Experience in priority banking, wealth advisory or retail HNI sales.
- Proven team-leadership and sales-coaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE banking regulations, credit policies and risk practices.
- Strong CRM/MIS reporting, communication and customer-experience skills.
