Transport Management System (TMS) Officer

Job Overview

DP World is seeking a Transport Management System (TMS) Officer in Dubai to translate business needs into system and process improvements. The role supports solution design, requirements management, testing, data integrity, user training and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document and validate business requirements with operations, finance and IT stakeholders.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps, use cases and requirements.
• Maintain requirements traceability and documentation governance.
• Work with IT and vendors to validate system solutions.
• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT and go-live activities.
• Develop test cases, track defects and validate fixes.
• Deliver user training and prepare SOPs and user guides.
• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, TMS, logistics technology or process improvement.
• Strong requirements, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Understanding of software testing and UAT processes.
• Ability to work with operations, technology teams and external vendors.
