Senior Specialist – AI Enablement (UAE Nationals Only)

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is looking for a Senior Specialist in AI Enablement to support the practical adoption of artificial intelligence across banking operations. The role sits within an operational environment where AI initiatives must deliver measurable improvements while remaining aligned with governance, risk, compliance and control requirements. The successful candidate will connect business needs with technology delivery and help move AI use cases from assessment through implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify practical AI opportunities by assessing operational pain points, data availability, constraints and expected business benefits.
• Coordinate assigned AI initiatives by gathering requirements, defining scope and aligning business, technology and enablement stakeholders.
• Support delivery backlogs and ensure proposed solutions are practical, controlled and aligned with agreed outcomes.
• Participate in solution design, testing, validation and implementation-readiness activities.
• Work with Risk, Compliance, Technology and governance teams to maintain documentation, identify risks and support corrective actions.
• Recommend process improvements that reduce manual effort, improve turnaround times and strengthen operational controls.
• Support rollout planning, user readiness, stakeholder communication and post-implementation monitoring.
• Track adoption, feedback, performance indicators and operational issues to identify opportunities for further improvement.

Requirements

• UAE National applicants only.
• At least 4 years of experience in banking operations, business analysis, process improvement or project delivery.
• Exposure to treasury, investment operations, payments, digital transformation, automation or AI enablement is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of requirements analysis, AI use cases, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, governance and change adoption.
