Lead, Transformation Testing

The Lead, Transformation Testing will provide testing leadership across major business and technology change initiatives. The role sets a clear quality approach, coordinates testing activity and helps delivery teams release change that is stable, usable and ready for operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define test strategies, plans, scope, environments, entry and exit criteria for transformation workstreams.
• Coordinate system, integration, regression, user acceptance and operational readiness testing with business and technology teams.
• Track defects, risks, dependencies and test evidence, escalating issues with clear impact and recommended action.
• Coach testers and delivery colleagues on practical quality methods, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Provide transparent status updates to programme leadership and support go-live decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong experience leading testing or quality assurance in complex transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of test management, defect lifecycle, UAT, risk-based testing and stakeholder communication.
• Confident leadership, structured analysis and the ability to work across multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Employment Details
