Senior Specialist – AI Enablement ( UAE Nationals Only )

Support the adoption of practical artificial intelligence solutions across banking operations, with a focus on identifying use cases, coordinating delivery and improving process performance. The role sits within an operational services environment that supports activities such as lending, wealth management, customer contact, treasury and corporate banking operations. It combines business analysis, implementation coordination and responsible AI governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify operational pain points and assess potential AI use cases by considering business requirements, data availability, process constraints, expected benefits and implementation feasibility.
• Capture stakeholder needs, define scope, document requirements and help maintain prioritised delivery backlogs aligned with operational goals and approved governance standards.
• Coordinate business, technology, risk and compliance teams through solution design, testing, validation, implementation readiness and rollout activities.
• Maintain clear documentation, flag delivery risks, escalate issues and support corrective actions so AI initiatives protect customer outcomes and operational resilience.
• Track user feedback, adoption, performance indicators and operational issues after launch, recommending practical enhancements that reduce manual effort and improve turnaround times.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in banking operations, business analysis, process improvement or project delivery; exposure to automation or AI enablement is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of banking processes, business requirements analysis, process improvement, data monitoring, risk awareness and change adoption.
