Senior Executive – Engineering – UAEN – Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre

The Senior Executive – Engineering supports engineering administration and maintenance coordination at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre. The role is focused on preventive maintenance, documentation, contractor coordination and compliance for a luxury serviced residence in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for apartments, kitchen equipment, swimming pools and building facilities
• follow up contractors and work orders
• maintain quotations, contracts, permits and reports
• update Oracle records
• track fire-life-safety documentation, pest-control programmes and contractor permits
• prepare maintenance, revenue, training, attendance and performance reports
• and liaise with residents, owners, contractors and internal departments on maintenance requests.

Requirements

• The role is targeted at UAE Nationals. Candidates should have a diploma or higher diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering, HVAC or a related technical field, knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems, understanding of health and safety requirements, strong organization and communication skills, and intermediate proficiency in Excel, Oracle and AutoCAD.
