Director – Finance – Jumeirah Al Naseem

The Director – Finance at Jumeirah Al Naseem provides senior financial leadership and acts as a business partner to property and corporate stakeholders. The position oversees financial performance, reporting, controls, audit coordination and compliance within a luxury hospitality operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead property finance operations and financial reporting
• advise owners, asset managers and corporate stakeholders
• review performance and financial requirements
• coordinate with auditors
• investigate audit findings and track recommendations
• review and certify financial reports
• monitor tax and legal compliance
• support budgeting and forecasting
• strengthen internal controls
• provide commercial insight to hotel leadership
• and ensure finance processes meet group and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce, business or accounting, or professional accreditation such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or CMA. At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within five-star luxury brands and knowledge of the UAE/GCC market are required.
