Job overview: Commercial Bank of Dubai is seeking a Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking (UAE National) to join its banking team in the United Arab Emirates. Manage corporate banking relationships and support the growth of a portfolio of business customers. The role combines client service, business development and credit proposal preparation to deliver suitable banking solutions within approved risk standards. The successful candidate will work with colleagues and stakeholders to support reliable service, sound decisions and the bank’s operating standards. This vacancy is intended for UAE Nationals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage assigned corporate relationships and build strong connections with business owners and finance decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships across lending and other banking products.
- Assess customer requirements and support the preparation of credit proposals and supporting financial analysis.
- Coordinate facility requests and customer instructions with product, credit, operations and risk teams.
- Monitor portfolio activity, business performance and emerging credit or service issues.
- Maintain client records and deliver updates and call reports in line with internal requirements.
Requirements and qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business Management.
- Candidates should have 4–6 years of corporate banking experience, including 2–3 years of exposure as a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager.
- Good understanding of preparing and writing credit proposals is required.
- This position is reserved for a UAE National.
