Project Engineer (Infrastructure)

Coordinate the execution of infrastructure works and ensure that site activities follow approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and agreed schedules. The scope includes roads, earthworks, drainage, sewerage, stormwater networks and wet and dry utilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise day-to-day infrastructure project activities.
• Manage site execution of roads, earthworks, drainage, sewerage, stormwater and utility works.
• Review drawings, technical specifications, method statements and project requirements before work starts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, site supervisors and project managers.
• Monitor progress, manpower, equipment, materials and quality inspections against milestones.
• Resolve technical issues, maintain site reports and support testing, commissioning and handover where applicable.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Three to five years of relevant experience in infrastructure construction.
• Practical experience with roads, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, water supply or utility networks.
• Knowledge of drawings, method statements, material approvals, quality inspections and site coordination.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and authority requirements is preferred.
