Nursing Unit Manager - OPD

Job Overview

Mediclinic Middle East is recruiting for the Nursing Unit Manager - OPD position at Mediclinic Dubai Mall, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage nursing operations within the assigned clinical unit.
  • Provide leadership, coaching and performance guidance to nursing staff.
  • Ensure evidence-based patient care and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, resources and operational priorities.
  • Monitor patient experience, clinical risk and quality indicators.
  • Support competency development, education and performance management.
  • Manage supplies, equipment and allocated resources efficiently.
  • Contribute to audits, improvement projects and service development.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; a Master’s degree is advantageous for senior roles.
  • Several years of senior nursing experience relevant to the unit.
  • Leadership and workforce-planning experience.
  • Strong knowledge of patient safety, quality governance and UAE healthcare requirements.
  • Current UAE nursing license or eligibility.
