Key Responsibilities

• Lead nursing and allied-health services across the assigned IVF/continuum-of-care operations.
• Develop and monitor strategic clinical and operational plans.
• Drive quality care, patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead workforce planning, resource management and service performance.
• Use quality and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build productive relationships with physicians and other stakeholders.
• Support policy development, education, coaching and leadership succession.
• Manage budgets, risk, accreditation and continuous improvement activities.

Job Requirements

• UAE-licensed or eligible Registered Nurse.
• At least 5 years of nursing management experience in an IVF centre and strong IVF clinical experience, as specified in the vacancy.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or healthcare management is desirable.
• Strong quality, financial, HR, project and regulatory-management knowledge.
