Mixologist

The Mixologist creates and serves consistent, high-quality beverages for guests in premium lounges and restaurant environments. The role combines drink preparation with guest engagement, bar organisation and support for the wider F&B service team. It includes classic and creative beverage service, careful stock control and a professional approach to guest feedback to help maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The successful applicant should be organised, dependable and committed to following operating procedures while helping the team deliver reliable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix and serve beverages according to recipes, presentation standards and guest preferences.
• Deliver knowledgeable, courteous service to passengers, airport personnel, airline representatives and other guests.
• Coordinate bar operations with supervisors and managers to maintain smooth workflow and service readiness.
• Guide and coach bar service colleagues, allocate tasks and provide practical feedback where appropriate.
• Monitor beverage stock, requisitions and materials so supplies are available and costs are controlled.
• Address guest concerns promptly and work with colleagues to resolve service issues.
• Follow occupational health, safety and quality procedures and recommend improvements to bar operations when needed.

Requirements

• High school certification is a stated education requirement for this vacancy.
