Meet & Greet Person, Jaguar & Land Rover, Dubai

Al Tayer Motors is seeking a Meet and Greet Person for its Jaguar and Land Rover service reception in Dubai. The role creates the first impression for customers arriving for service, helps them feel comfortable while waiting and guides them to the appropriate Service Advisor. It also supports appointment coordination, reception organization and the efficient movement of vehicles in the service area.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers courteously, arrange seating and help ensure they are attended to with minimal waiting.
• Maintain professional grooming and follow the required dress and presentation standards.
• Update the daily appointment board and explain appointment procedures to walk-in customers.
• Help manage busy reception periods by communicating clearly and keeping customers informed.
• Assist with courtesy or loaner cars and help keep the reception area clean and orderly.
• Contact customers to remind them of service appointments and support other reasonable reception duties.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school-level education and basic computer literacy.
• A pleasant personality and a helpful, customer-oriented attitude.
• Clear and courteous communication skills; bilingual ability is an advantage.
• Punctuality and respect for scheduled appointments and waiting times.
• Ability to work calmly in a busy customer-facing automotive environment.
