IT Coordinator – UAE National

Al Tayer Group is seeking an IT Coordinator for a UAE National opportunity in Dubai. The role supports IT operations, shared services and service-delivery processes while maintaining documentation, coordinating assigned tasks and helping manage priority incidents. It may involve common end-user systems and infrastructure, including computers, point-of-sale equipment, networks, servers and approved cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the IT team’s central documentation, configuration records and operational reports.
• Coordinate assigned work with business teams, IT specialists and suppliers to meet agreed targets.
• Support priority incident and service-request handling, ensuring updates and escalations are timely.
• Prepare routine Excel and PowerPoint reports covering operational activity and outstanding issues.
• Assist with hardware and application assessments, configuration checks, testing and approved installations.
• Coordinate equipment deployment and go-live support for computers, POS devices, servers and peripherals.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in Computer Science from a recognized institution.
• ITIL certification or training is desirable.
• Zero to two years of experience in an IT environment serving multiple users.
