Manager – Laundry – Jumeirah Emirates Towers

The Manager – Laundry at Jumeirah Emirates Towers oversees laundry operations and ensures linen, uniforms and guest garments are processed efficiently and to luxury-hospitality standards. The role combines team leadership, quality control, resource management and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily laundry operations and workflow
• plan staffing and allocate tasks
• monitor washing, drying, pressing and finishing standards
• control linen and uniform inventories
• inspect output quality
• coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• manage equipment usage and maintenance follow-up
• monitor chemical and supply consumption
• minimize losses and reprocessing

Requirements

• Candidates should have relevant laundry or housekeeping-management experience in hospitality, strong organizational and leadership skills and an understanding of linen control, quality assurance and operational efficiency. Hospitality training or a related qualification is desirable. The ability to manage a busy operation and maintain consistent standards is essential.
