The Manager – Food & Beverage Marketing at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray supports the growth and positioning of the property’s dining portfolio through targeted marketing and commercial initiatives. The role works across food and beverage, creative, digital and operational teams to increase awareness, engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute F&B marketing plans
• coordinate campaigns, promotions and seasonal activations
• align messaging with brand standards
• support restaurant launches and menu promotions
• work with operations to understand commercial priorities
• monitor campaign performance and guest engagement
• coordinate digital and social content
• support partnerships and promotional collaborations
• identify market and consumer trends
• and contribute to revenue-growth initiatives while protecting the luxury positioning of Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.

Requirements

• Candidates should have relevant marketing or hospitality experience, strong project-management and communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Experience in luxury hospitality, food and beverage marketing, digital campaigns or brand management is advantageous.
