MANAGER – CONTRACT

The MANAGER - CONTRACT role contributes to the effective delivery of business objectives through disciplined planning, technical or functional expertise, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will help maintain quality, manage priorities, solve problems, and ensure work is completed in line with agreed requirements and applicable standards. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with relevant departments, clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
• Prepare accurate records, reports, documentation, and progress updates for management review.
• Follow company procedures, relevant regulations, quality expectations, and health and safety requirements while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants should have bachelor’s degree in business, law, engineering, quantity surveying, or related discipline or equivalent relevant experience. Practical experience related to contracts is beneficial. The role calls for strong organization, analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professional standards.
