HR Governance & MIS Specialist

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and taking ownership of assigned outcomes.

This role supports HR governance, operational risk controls, reporting and policy oversight. The position helps maintain risk indicators, audit actions, disciplinary governance, scorecards and management information while ensuring HR processes remain aligned with regulatory and internal requirements. The successful candidate will contribute to dependable banking operations, protect service quality and help the business achieve its objectives while maintaining appropriate controls. This is a full-time opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR risk assessments, control testing and KRI monitoring.
• Track governance actions, corrective plans and audit observations through closure.
• Assist with disciplinary and fraud-governance processes while maintaining confidentiality.
• Prepare management information, regulatory reports and HR scorecard updates.
• Support HR systems, projects and policy reviews in line with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 1+ years in HR, with MIS or operational-risk experience.
• Strong organization, accuracy, documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis, governance tracking and HR systems.
• UAE National eligibility is required.
