Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with recipes, presentation standards and guest preferences.
• Contribute to original beverage ideas and menu development, ensuring creations are practical, consistent and suited to the outlet.
• Coordinate with waiters and managers to anticipate guest needs and maintain an even pace of service.
• Monitor bar cleanliness, equipment condition, glassware, ingredients and stock levels throughout operations.
• Support colleagues by sharing product knowledge, helping resolve service issues and maintaining clear communication during busy periods.
• Ensure all beverage activities comply with hygiene, safety and company procedures, reporting issues for prompt correction.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least two years in a similar role within a luxury restaurant or hotel is expected.
• Strong beverage knowledge and the ability to create and deliver consistent drinks are important.
• Excellent communication and teamwork are required, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Candidates should be confident serving an international clientele and anticipating guest preferences.
• A professional, detail-oriented approach to sanitation and safety is essential.
