Global Manager – Project Management – Logistics

Support the global Logistics PMO by coordinating projects and initiatives from planning through delivery. The role provides structure around milestones, risks, dependencies, actions, reporting and governance while working across regions and functions. It is suited to an organized project professional who can manage several workstreams, maintain clear visibility for senior stakeholders and improve project-management practices across a complex logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned logistics projects from initiation through implementation and close-out.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, actions, dependencies and delivery trackers.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports and governance materials for PMO and senior leadership.
• Maintain risk, issue and dependency registers and coordinate mitigation or recovery actions.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure owners, decisions and deadlines are clearly documented.
• Monitor delivery against scope, schedule and budget and highlight material variances.
• Apply PMO methodologies, templates and governance standards consistently.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving technology, finance, people, operations and regional teams.
• Support integration activities linked to acquisitions or organizational change when required.
• Identify practical improvements to project governance, reporting, tools and ways of working.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain, project management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant project experience in a multinational or matrix organization.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Logistics, transportation, integration or business-transformation experience is advantageous.
