Fit-Out Site Foreman

Royal Joinery is seeking a Fit-Out Site Foreman to supervise day-to-day activities on interior fit-out and joinery projects. The foreman coordinates site workers and subcontractors, monitors workmanship and progress, and helps ensure that installation follows project drawings, schedule and safety requirements. The role involves regular communication with project management, production teams, contractors and clients to resolve practical site issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize daily site tasks and assign work to tradespeople and subcontractors in line with the project plan.
• Read drawings and instructions and coordinate joinery, finishing and fit-out installation activities.
• Monitor work quality, measurements, finish details and progress against agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, workshop or production teams, contractors and client representatives.
• Identify site constraints, shortages or conflicts early and report them for timely resolution.
• Enforce site safety practices, housekeeping and quality requirements throughout the work area.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience supervising site work in interior fit-out, joinery or a comparable construction environment.
• Ability to understand project drawings, installation details and work schedules.
• Practical knowledge of coordinating labour, materials, tools and subcontractor activities.
• A safety-conscious approach and the ability to reinforce quality standards with the team.
• Good communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.
