Auto Denter | Autoplus Automotive | Al Ain

Autoplus Automotive in Al Ain is seeking an Auto Denter to repair vehicle body damage and restore panels and structures as closely as possible to their original condition. The role includes damage assessment, panel straightening, dent removal, alignment and preparation for finishing. The successful candidate will use appropriate tools and repair techniques while following manufacturer requirements, job-card instructions and workshop safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of panel, surface and structural damage.
• Remove, repair or replace damaged panels using appropriate dent-removal and body-repair techniques.
• Use pulling, hammering, grinding and welding methods where appropriate to restore shape and alignment.
• Prepare repaired areas through sanding and smoothing before priming or painting.
• Check the fit and alignment of doors, hoods, bumpers and other body components.
• Follow job cards, report additional damage or parts needs and maintain tools in safe working condition.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience as an automotive denter in a workshop or body shop.
• Working knowledge of vehicle body structures, panel beating, dent removal and body alignment.
• Basic welding and metal-fabrication skills are beneficial.
• Ability to read repair instructions and understand the limits of steel, aluminium and plastic repair.
• Commitment to PPE, workshop safety, quality standards and assigned delivery timelines.
