Key Responsibilities

• Monitor facility conditions and coordinate planned or reactive maintenance with internal teams and service providers.
• Log service requests, prioritise faults and track corrective actions through to completion.
• Support contractor access, site inspections, documentation and follow-up on identified issues.
• Check that work is performed safely and in line with applicable procedures and service expectations.
• Maintain maintenance records, communicate status updates and identify recurring issues that may require preventive action.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant experience in facilities, building operations, maintenance coordination or property services.
• A practical understanding of service requests, maintenance processes and safe working practices.
• Organisation and follow-through when coordinating vendors, technicians and internal stakeholders.
• Clear communication, attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.
