Description
Emirati Talent - Design Architect is an opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day work of Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Design Architect contributes to the development of architectural concepts and coordinated design solutions for projects. Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts and design options that respond to project briefs, site conditions and user requirements.
- Prepare and review drawings, presentation materials, specifications and other design information for accuracy and coordination.
- Coordinate with engineering, interiors, landscape, project management and external consultants to resolve design interfaces.
- Review design changes, technical comments and project requirements, keeping documentation aligned as work progresses.
- Communicate design intent and recommendations clearly, supporting quality reviews and practical problem-solving.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant architectural education or professional experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Ability to read and prepare architectural drawings and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Good understanding of design development, documentation and coordination across project disciplines.
