Emirati Talent - Human Resources Planning Manager is an opportunity to contribute to the day-to-day work of Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Planning Manager coordinates workforce plans, people analytics and related employee planning activities. The role works with People and Organisation partners and Finance to align staffing needs with approved plans and budgets and to provide clear workforce insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workforce planning and forecasts with People and Organisation partners, Finance and business leaders.
- Track headcount, vacancies and workforce movements, making sure approved changes are reflected accurately in records and systems.
- Analyse workforce costs, staffing trends and variances, preparing information for planning cycles and business reviews.
- Support people analytics and employee engagement activities by consolidating data and tracking agreed actions.
- Present workforce information clearly, maintain reliable documentation and identify opportunities to improve planning processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, people operations, finance partnering or a related area.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with care around employee data and confidentiality.
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and explain workforce information clearly.
