CRITICAL CARE NURSE 3.-Al Hasa

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) is seeking a Critical Care Nurse 3 for its Al Hasa operation. This advanced nursing position provides high-quality care for complex patients, supports efficient unit operations and contributes to patient safety and clinical outcomes. The role also includes mentoring junior nurses, supporting new hires and trainees, participating in quality initiatives, and applying evidence-based nursing practice throughout the patient journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced nursing care to patients with complex and critical conditions while maintaining safety, dignity, comfort and privacy.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document patient care from admission through discharge according to patient age and clinical needs.
• Support unit workflow, resource utilization and operational efficiency while working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
• Follow clinical protocols and participate in evaluating patient outcomes and quality of care.
• Respond effectively to emergency and life-saving situations using clinical judgment, critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
• Perform nursing procedures accurately and maintain a safe, clean and organized care environment.
• Provide patient and family education consistent with the care plan and individual needs.
• Precept new hires and trainees and provide mentorship to developing nursing staff.
• Participate in nursing practice initiatives, patient-safety processes, staff engagement and the JHAH Professional Practice Model.
• Complete required critical-care competencies and maintain Clinical Advancement Program requirements.

Requirements

• Three-year international nursing diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current professional registered-nurse license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum four years of nursing experience, including at least two years in critical care or a related field.
• Full professional English proficiency; Arabic is preferred.
