CARDIAC CARE NURSE 3.-Coronary Care

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) is seeking a Cardiac Care Nurse 3 for its Coronary Care environment in Dhahran. This advanced nursing role is focused on high-quality care for patients with complex cardiac needs and on supporting efficient clinical operations. The successful candidate will combine strong assessment and emergency-response skills with patient education, accurate documentation, mentoring and participation in quality and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced nursing care for patients with complex cardiac and coronary conditions.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document individualized nursing care from admission through discharge.
• Support unit workflow, resource utilization and safe delivery of coronary-care services.
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and participate in patient-outcome evaluation and quality improvement.
• Respond effectively to emergency and life-saving situations using critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
• Perform nursing procedures with accuracy while maintaining patient safety, comfort, privacy and dignity.
• Educate patients and families according to the plan of care and individual clinical and cultural needs.
• Precept new staff and trainees and contribute to recommendations regarding their progress and development.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy when competency requirements have been completed and the role permits.
• Support care planning and outcome evaluation for palliative-care and cellular-therapy patients according to applicable guidelines.
• Contribute to staff engagement, patient experience, professional nursing practice and patient-safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Three-year international diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current professional registered-nurse license, BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum four years of nursing experience, including at least two years in cardiac care or a related field.
• Full professional English proficiency; Arabic is preferred.
• Strong infection-control, medication-management and patient-documentation capabilities.
